As exams kick off at Obafemi Awolowo University, the Great Ife Student Union is stepping in to support student welfare.

The Office of the Welfare Officer has announced a Food Relief & Iftar Initiative to provide meals and food items for 3,000 students during the exam period.

‎The program will take place at the Student Union Building Car Park on February 28, 2026, from 12 PM to 6 PM, featuring special Iftar packages for fasting students and discounted food items for all attendees.

Students must register via Bank78, submit their Bank78 username (79Tag) through a Google Form, and complete payment at the event using the bank’s platform.

‎Free credit bills will also be provided to facilitate payment. Only students who complete registration properly will be eligible.
